Dear, you are entirely correct that I was being cruel with that comment and will erase the references. But you are incorrect in that I make cruel statements against anyone who doesn't agree with me. Perhaps it would be best said that I dislike when people try to pass off opinions as facts. You don't like the diet, you feel it's unhealthy, yada yada...fine. I do low carb, I don't like when people refer to it as atkins, I know lots of other healthy people that do it, I read about it, I might be going to med school in a few years and if I do I would encourage it to anyone who wanted to see what options were available to them. But to say this is unhealthy and other diets are better is nothing supported by fact. To pull up news articles and quotes on me when you haven't read them, are rather strange on your part. I will refrain from any cruel comments in the future refering to any medical conditions.
