To my place of employment: So bascially you broke it down what I need to keep this dead end crappy arse thing you call a job. Either act right on the phone or hit the road. You like how I handle the calls 75% of the time not some much the other 25%. You and I know that the other 25% comes from those difficult people who think that if they have an attitude they can get what they want. So bascially I'm suppose to let them jump all over me about things I can't change. And you're basically giving me 90 days to do act right.
I know we talked about my telephone behavior before. I worked hard to improved because I had just started and you were kind enough to give me another chance. This time, I don't think I really care enough about you or the people we help to make that great an effort to keep my job. I've never been fired from a job from my life, mind you. But this job sucks. It's crap because there are a lot of people who answer the phones worst then i do.
No matter, I'll suck it up just a long enough to get a decent reference should I ever need one.
