The first rule of Death Squad is . . . you do not talk about Death Squad. The second rule of Death Squad is . . . you do not talk about Death Squad! Third rule of Death Squad: someone yells "stop," goes limp, taps out, the thread is over. Fourth rule: only two guys to a fight. Fifth rule: one fight at a time, fellas.
