I was in Murray, Kentucky last week and saw the Omega Xi house. It's a nice house and in a good location just across from the Murray State campus. My understanding is that the house sleeps four, maybe more if two or more to a bedroom.

Only Tri Sigma has a house that sleeps members while the other four NPC sororities have stand alone chapter suites. (i.e. everything but sleeping quarters.)

As for sustainable, while not part of Murray State's Panhellenic Council, my understanding is that they are recognized as an official Greek Social organization thus they receive all the amenities from the University that GLOs receive.

I'm not sure how they are doing number wise, but with respect to the house, if the house if full - i.e. the rent paid - then they will be ok. However, they will need to be sure to get new members for the sorority to continue. And they are working on that. While I was there, the sorority had a summer rush event and it was explained to me that Omega Xi recruits year round.

Of course one Risk Management issue and I'm sure they will be gone.
