That first response is hilarious!!

Just "keep your eye on the prize"!! And keep your pride too. I'm just worried that you describe yourself as terrified.

I certainly hope you mean w/ excitement.

I realize that groups that do MIP do things a little different than the way I was brought in; but you should cherish this time. It should be full of happy moments.

So when times get hard, think of all the good times! Think about how it'll be once your a member.
