Oh my god!
I'm so glad you decided to call DCFS, I don't know what's wrong with their family but those kids deserve so much more! I understand that a lot of families can't provide their children with everything..but there's no excuse for the child playing in the road or for the children to have fleas!
I'm sorry you had to go through this but remember you're doing the best thing for the children!
Make sure to keep us posted on what happens because we'll all be worried about the kids!
PS. I *love* the names you've selected for your baby (especially the girl's!)
