At times I wondered if it was too much. I look at the fact that she is 83 years old and appears to be fragile. I know that Pres. Reagan was a president and probably loved going out in grand fashion, considering that he was an actor and very visible president. However, I often wondered if Nancy was just saying to herself, "I just want to go home." Pres. Reagan's body has been from coast-to-coast, lying in sate in the Pentagon, visitation in the Reagan Library, etc. I'm sure Nancy put on the "happy" face because that is her duty and part of her character, but I know that she is glad that it's over and she can be at peace with her memories.
