Cris Judd gave her an annulment, but I remember a while back there were reports that she tried to get her first husband to sign something stating that they had an annulment, not a divorce, (so she could marry Ben in a Catholic ceremony) but Ohani (sp?) wouldn't do it because she had him fired from a job involving her restaurant.
MA obviously didn't get an annulment.
