I can't eat much fast food now since my surgery, but the few things I can eat would be on my "good" list:
Taco Bell: Cheese quesadilla (with extra jalapeno sauce), Fiesta Taco Salad (without the meat) and the new Ranchero chicken soft taco...surprisingly, I don't get sick eating here
Del Taco: Small green burrito with extra cheese and extra green sauce
Submarina (I don't know how spread out it is, but I know they're everywhere here in So Cal): almost any sandwich you get there is great, and a much better value than ANYTHING you get at Subway
ETA: El Amigo in Valparaiso (and from what I understand, they're branching out a bit, too!)
I think that's it....everyone else is on my bad list
