Don't keep calling... it looks desperate. Especially considering you haven't even interviewed there. You just sent your resume.
Firms are flooded with tons of resumes from attorneys, law students, paralegals, secretaries, you name it.
Also keep in mind that this was a holiday week and that a lot of people are behind. I know my firm has been crazy this week. That day off really adds a lot to the rest of the week. And if it's an attorney doing the hiring- sometimes they're not in the office for days at a time. I'm not sure who in the firm is in charge of hiring the paralegals, if it's an attorney or a staff person. It's one thing to appear eager and to follow up, it's another to be overly-so and keep calling.
You've expressed your interest. They'll either call and schedule an interview, or you'll get a letter in the mail saying thanks but no thanks.
Don't call there again unless they call you.
