1) Sort of, we have buses.

2) Nope. Routes are very limited.

3) Don't know, I've never ridden it.

4) Primarily, the buses have served lower income and the elderly. However, they just built a new commuter lot on I-35 about 20 minutes out of downtown.

5) I believe they run on natural gas. I haven't heard of any safety issues.
