Good luck! It costs an arm and a leg to find a good apartment here in NY. Any particular areas you are considering? I would love to live in Manhattan but refuse to pay over $1000 a month for rent, that is insane. I live in Queens, 10 minutes from Grand Central. I pay $630, have a large apt. in a quiet residential neighborhood and I can have pets.
