I thought it was good that he didn't propose but made it clear that this is where they're going, and that he wanted her with him and gave her the ticket. I'm SO glad he picked Jessica. Tara already knew she was going home - I thought anyway. I hadn't kept up with it as much as I did the other seasons, but even just from tonight I thought that he and Jessica were a fit. Especially after the two women in his life (Jenny and Mom) confirmed it.
