Retention Rate

Yeh, many guys quit for crazy reasons. Some of them don't know you have to pay dues (don't ask me), paranoid parents come into play, and sometimes you just get guys who want to party it up on bid day and then quit the next day.
My chapter did awesome this year with retention rates. In the fall we had 41 Pledge and 36 get initiated that's 88%!!!
