Additionally, as a charter member of my chapter, I'd say that a big strength is the support that colonies and young chapters receive. We had a traveling consultant assigned to our chapter for one year, and were visited by two during formal recruitment. This year, we had "our" traveling consultant, who visited us about monthly. All the support from the Fraternity and our advisors really helped us get off on the right foot.
