Make your advisor act..

I empathize with your situation.. I've been there before.

We had a situation for a while where the greek advisor was an alumnae of a certain house on campus and no rules were ever enforced for that house. All the protests and rules violations fell on deaf ears. She even went as far as to "lose" snap bids by other houses for girls her house wanted. (Her house would drop girls at round two, then snap bid them at the end when they missed quota - and having "lost" the other bids the 'advisor' would then tell the girls "looks like XYZ house is the only one that wants you" .. such B.S. )

ANYWAY...

The only way we got this nonsense to stop was to use leverage and appeals to higher authority to make it stop.

"Leverage" might be having one of your Rho Chis (along with allies from other houses) make a loud public anouncement at FMR if Panhel refuses to do something, it may also be getting a critical mass of houses to enact a policy such as forbidding suicides, or enacting more serious punishment for infractions (Such as dropping a houses' quota after two "serious" rush infractions).

"Appeals to higher authority" might be a larger greek advisor (if they will help) or even the university. The end action on our part was to get a committee of houses to appeal to the Dean of student affairs (who greek affairs reports to) to consider replacing the biased advisor for ineffectiveness. (He did)

Best of luck.. hold your head high and take the moral high ground...integrity is earned not bought.
