Regardless, i had a roommate that liked to walk around naked. He got a big kick out of surprising the rest of us by walking into the living room and plopping down next to us on the coach, naked as can be.
But we never shared a bed.
I think the "i've had sex with lots of girls" is a cover up for "me and my bunkmate are just SOOOO close"
