True, however, my ex-grand little sister was a legacy, and she de-pledged 4 days before initiation. It was very sad.
But she never joined another sorority either. I don't really know what was going on in her head. I'm not disagreeing with you, I'm just trying to point it that it does happen, although it's rare.
