It is hard to believe she became a Delta b/c The NPHC sororities won't allow membership to those already initiated in NPC or another NPHC sorority. Besides that fact, I believe your sorority membership is for LIFE, after all these people are your sisters and you don't quit family. And, I would never would want anyone who was a member of another sorority to join my org b/c obviously they do not understand the importance and responsibility of membership if they are now trying to join another organiztion.
