Just a thought...Something I recommended to one of the chapters I work with...

Invite alums to your initiation. It's amazing how many Delt alums haven't seen our Ritual since they were in college which was many years ago for some.

It's a good reminder that the fraternal oath they took was for life -- not just until graduation. It is also the one thing you all share.
