Aren't those GLO houses funded by alumni as well as current members? And if not, are you in favor of taking in large numbers of people into your brotherhood to fund a house? For many students it's a struggle to remain financial. Also,increasing pledge fees will just price alot of people out.

Many alumnae chapters with houses struggle to pay for them, because everyone can't or won't make "some" effort to do their part.
