There are some at http://www.residentassistant.com/games/icebreakers.htm I note some're paid access only now. :-(

Not sure if you have seen that website so let us all know if you have and need more.

ETA: TheEpitome1920's game suggestion is a good one!

ETA2: Hey I looked on my machine and I saved details of CONFUSION, M & M GAME, SELF INTRODUCTION EXERCISE, SOLEMN AND SILENT, SUPERLATIVES and TOILET PAPER GAME; back ages ago when I accessed it (when it was free) so let me know if you want them.
