He basically just said that it was okay but it sounded like she was "screaching" in parts of the song and that it wasn't her best performance.
Ever notice that whenever Simon crits her that she always shouts, and i mean shouts, how much fun she's having??? It's like she is trying to cancel out/disregard the comment he makes... even if they may help her.
