I was a chapter consultant for 92-93. Hardest job I ever had! But I learned an awful lot about my organization, myself, organizational politics & Greek life overall. Got to see the country (OK, the eastern part of it...never got farther west than St. CLoud State). Coming from a little school, it was an excellent experience b/c I got to see what it was like to belong to huge systems like Florida State and tiny systems w/no NPC like Mars Hill. Some of the highest highs & lowest lows I ever experienced, though...from colonizing a new chapter & bid-matching to quota several times, to visiting a chapter on the brink of closure. Very emotional, but priceless all the same.
