I PM'd you and I bumped a couple of threads in Greek Life that you might be interested in.
I think retention can be achieved through two basic tenets:
1) Positive Chapter Attitude
2) Chapter Communication
Why don't we start a new thread to discuss how to achieve good retention and hear from some sisters and friends on things that worked for them?
