Wow, I've never heard of that tradition! I'm going up for IRD this year for the bay area one, and I guess I might need to go shopping!
Maria, is that a recent tradition? I don't remember that requirement for the IRDs we attended from Sonoma... I thought only initiation had the requirement for dress.
I'm excited to be attending two IRDs this year - southern California and northern California! It will be my first time at an IRD with my collegiate chapter since I graduated 7 years ago. I can't wait!
