OK no, see that's going beyond what's acceptable and joking. That's running into the hate zone and doing a dance.

LOL, I have a friend that does that. We were craving a diet cherry coke one night and we went to the Chevron to get one. It was like 10:00 and it was closed. She was like "Damn Jewsish Chevron!"

Me too!

Substitute any other highly charged word and you would get a THUNDEROUS response. Do him a favor and set him straight-before HE gets stereotyped as an idiot!

Just good advice.

I hate the word "reiterate." Unless you've said something THREE times, you aren't reiterating anything. "Iterate" means "to repeat." Therefore, "reiterate" means to "re-repeat." Dumbasses.

I'm an agnostic bordering on downright atheism, but it bothers me to hear people say "I swear to God." It just sounds harsh and crass. I had a teacher who would say it all the time last semester, and it just rubbed me the wrong way.

Nevermind that. It's a Southern (predominantly among African Americans) euphemism. I don't say it, though.
I hate when people say GD, JC (or even just "Jesus"), c*nt, tw*at, poophole, or ghetto. In general if something is said in a disrespectful way, then it pisses me off. I have sort of mixed feelings about "gay/ghey". I just usually don't say it.

Because it's not a real word? That drives me nuts too. I also get annoyed by "towards."

Tell me you are joking about "Iowa, the potato state"...right?

IDAHO is the potato state.

In Iowa we are the Hawkeye state, with the IOWA State Fair...one of the greatest attractions available in the US all summer!
