If you use someone for entertainment value because they have assets you don't have it does make you mercenary and manipulative . . . I am not syaing don't do it, just don't make excuses for being mercenary and manipulative . . .
However. . . if you do your part and have sex with him, its a really strong mitigating factor and clears all the bad karma from your soul because both parties get what they want. You get toys and entertainment and he gets sex.
