These are all great ideas! The idea of COR is new to me-- my campus didn't have COR (Panhellenic keeps bringing on new sororities b/c the university has been growing like crazy!) and I love hearing about all the creative things our chapters do. I think COR sounds like it's a lot more fun and low-key than formal recruitment!!!

I had another idea, though about something that would act as a COR, TME, and Service/PR, that I wanted to share:

To engage various campus groups in a TME that is about relevant issues to college women (health and nutrition, time management, study skills, etc) and target each group each month-- like get the RA's to collect their freshmen in the dorms for a special residence hall audience TME put on by ADPi. ADPi sisters can attend, facilitate, and you can plug ADPi by wearing letters and annoucing that we're growing and looking for excited new members. Invite them all to XYZ event on DATE/TIME if you're interested, and you can collect the names and contact info of the women who've attended. There can be a period of mixing and mingling before the event begins, and after, so you can meet PNM's and chat them up, and then bring a discussion back to the chapter that you'd like to more seriously persue those women.

Not only is it service to the campus community, it also promotes ADPi, and serves as a way to create interested in joining. What do you think of that idea? It would take a joint effort on the part of the MEVP and RVP, and the Leadership Chair could help coordinate setting up the events. Different sisters can help facilitate the workshops, too.
