Well for one, NPHC would lose funding that they use to go to conferences, etc. That's a biggie.

They wouldn't be able to advertise on campus.

They wouldnt' be able to reserve campus rooms for meetings (i'm 99% sure).

That's what I can think of off the top of my head.
