I saw "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind" last night. It was ok. It was one of those movies that will confuse the hell out of you at first and you're not supposed to understand the plot until the end. (kinda like Sixth Sense and Vanilla Sky) Unfortunately, about a 1/4 the way through the movie, I guessed exactly what was going on and told my boyfriend. He was pissed because he wanted to figure it out for himself.
I can't see movies like that....I ruined Sixth Sense for a guy I was dating because I guessed the ending about halfway through and told him. Oops.
Wait until it comes out on video because it's not worth it to see it in the theater. The actors did a great job and the storyline was excellent (basically, would you rather erase a relationship from your mind or would you rather remember it for the good times and learn from your mistakes?). I think I ruined it for myself though because I wasn't supposed to guess the ending so early into the movie so I got slightly bored.
