I definitely agree that all jobs will have something that you really just don't want to do. As an entry-level employee, you will sometimes just have to suck it up and realize that you will eventually get promoted. I just think washing cars in a business suit is taking it to the extreme.
My thinking is that suits are not cheap and they're made of heavy material. Usually when you wash you're car, you're covered in dirt afterwards which is why you wear a bathing suit or crummy clothing. I couldn't imagine ruining a $200-plus suit from washing a car in it. Maybe if the company allowed you to write off your suits as a company expense, I wouldn't mind but they don't. I also feel bad for those Enterprise employees who are washing cars in a wool suit during Florida's summer months (March-October ).
