I'm going to respectfully disagree on this one.
Do you blame them for not liking the greek system - we aren't exactly providing them with a shining example. Group that with two administrators who don't exactly understand greek life except from a risk management end of it and you get the results you are getting.
And a LOT of this has been a long time coming. I can't say I agree or disagree with it as it depends on the issue but it happened and now EVERYBODY has to pay for it in some way or another.
