WEll I can't give specifics because I'm not TOO familiar with Michigan.. (although I have been there twice) but have you thought about getting a cabin or a hotel room or something like that for a place ? Also for bonding I suggest looking up leadership books and such.. our vice archon had a good book that I will find out the title of.. and get back to you but we did some fun stuff at our retreat for spring.
