You're selling your product the wrong way, and in the wrong time frame. I'd like to see a PanHel be brave enough to question the "rules of fairness" that only benefit the strongest. The most effective recruiting, with regard to retention rates, is when a prospect is recruited for a period of several weeks, not days.
