I almost feel guilty knowing what an uphill battle it has been for some other PNAMs. I made the initial point of contact with IH and the alumnae chapter. I met a few different women on 2 occasions and within a month of my first email they extended the offer of membership! I knew then that I had found my "home." I had rushed in college but never felt at home with any of the chapters. I'm so excited to get to know more women and become more involved. There are 2 other alum initiates in their chapter so that told me they were very receptive of the idea. It's so nice to have so many great people to share my story with!
