I want to play volleyball and run!

Unfortunately, I tore my ACL, MCL, meniscus, and have blood and fluid in my knee, so I'm not doing much of anything.

By the grace of God, I can walk still! (But only to get around and not to exercise!) I'm too fidgety to sit around all the time!
