Anyone born in jersey is in pretty bad shape, especially if they ar enot extensively traveled to kill their provincialism.

NYC - i know we're referrin to states, but NYC has a lot of people. and all the movies i've seen that would make me avoid New York are based in the city. not a whole lotta murder-suspense movies set in Rochester.
