Yeah for Roxanne! She is one of my sisters from WSU (p/c 1999) and I know that they wanted to get a local Pan started in the lower end of the sound. (Seattle already has one) So three cheers for that!
She is also a member of the Tacoma Alumnae Chapter of Sigma Kappa (Which I helped recolonize in 2000 (ish?)
