I wouldn't think it would be an issue as long as they aren't visible, and they shouldn't be. Every once in a while, I will stretch and my navle ring becomes visible.
To those who know or have their nips pierced: do they ever show through your shirt? What about them it is a little cold?

Overboard is going crazy with the piercings like multiple nip rings or multiple genital rings, I think that is a bit excessive.
My friend had her nip pierced and it did sometimes show through her shirt and when it was cold. She doesn't have it anymore though.
