Ross finally got tenure at his job, and Rachel got fired from RL because she was interviewing with Gucci at a restaurant where her boss was also eating lunch. They ran into Mark (from Bloomingdale's) while Ross was helping Rachel move out of the office, and Mark took her out to dinner - Ross got all jealous, but then Rachel announced that he was married, but had offered her a job with Louis Vuitton - in PARIS.
Monica and Chandler took Joey to look at their house, and he met a little girl who talked him into being okay with them moving.
Phoebe changed her name to Princess Consuela Bananasack or something like that, so Mike said he was changing his to Crap Bag, and then she changed her mind.
