In defense of Omarosa (who is my fav on The Apprentice) she is acting NO DIFFERENT than any other white chick with the same personality that works in politics or corporate America (ESPECIALLY corporate America). Some folks have the belief that all black women act like that anyway, so I wouldn't be surprised that when doing the cast selection (or final editing) for reality shows, that's probably the ONLY personality that they are looking for when it comes to black women.
