Ceres (or is it CERES - all caps?) has or use to have a house on Nicholasville Road. Across from the College of Agriculture.
I would guess that both Phi Sigma Rho and Ceres would be too small for the Alpha Xi Delta house if it became available.
Now with the new Sigma Chi and Sigma Phi Epsilon houses across/next to the sorority circle, why not give one of the un-housed fraternities a crack at Columbia Terrace. It would really liven things up!
