Starr's fiancee will be on the View today to ask her cohosts for her hand in marriage. I do believe Barbara Walters will be footing the bill for the nuptials because she had said that once before. Call me skeptical, but isn't it a little quick for an engagemnet? Maybe I'm just weary because of the Oprah Steadman thingy. I really hope he cares for her and not doing this for show because it seems like she is crazy about him.
