Get thee to the Off Fifths in Orange and Ontario. The Off Fifth in Ontario, if you are "full fashion," has a great selection. Usually at least 50% off regular retail, and if you hit a dot, you get a percentage off.
The Orange one is OK. I prefer Ontario, though.
Also, there is a Neiman's outlet in San Diego.
I can go on and on...

For Sorors who live near factory outlet centers...
...or can get to them, Banana Republic has pale pink or pale green sun hats on sale for $7. Also, if you have a Polo Ralph Lauren outlet, they have kelly green and pink bags on sale for $30. The lighter green and pink bags are $50.

I hear you, Soror. 
Belgians are hella expensive and only sold through one store in New York. I've heard mixed reviews on them. One fashion writer said they "bit" her foot. I think they are semi custom-made and run narrow.
I've tried to find them through my secondhand sources. I've seen them turn up, but never in pink and green and never in large sizes -- I am a 10B.
