That's very good that you have been invited to their open recruitment. And the Alpha Xi Delta colonization sounds like a good option for you as well.
There are many sorority women I know who found a great home and had a great sorority experience through open recruitment or a colonization. I'm sure there are plenty of women on GC that could say that as well.
