Some that work for me...
-apply baby oil or cocoa butter oil while still wet after coming out of the tub or shower; this locks in the moisture in your skin
-lotion hands and feet (a little dab will do ya) every morning and every night and after each hand washing
-apply olive oil to your wet hair and cover with a plastic cap or bag for at least 15 minutes, pat dry with towel but do not rinse; this is an excellent hot oil treatment about once a month
