I just finished reading the article, and I think for all those murders he "committed" he should be put in a mental institution for life. I can't even imagine his family keeping the "he's innocent" stance after he ADMITTED to killing, and the police CAUGHT him tryin to drown a woman because of her "evil eyes".
If there is no way that they can keep this psycho locked up somewhere, then the justice system has failed... the families and all Americans.
And if he does get out, he BETTER enlist in the witness protection program becuase I'm sure there will be one over-emotional (for lack of a better and more respectful word) family member of a victim who will hunt him down and torture him.
