I had McDonalds in London this summer. Most of the items were the same...although they still use the styrofoam package and the small, medium, and large drink sizes there are what the kiddie, small, and medium sizes here are. (which is what the small, medium and large sizes were in the US many years ago) They did have some different things...they had a pasta salad which was pretty good.
And of course, McDonalds in Canada has poutine, which I think is disgusting. (apologies to any Canadians who like it!)

Not all Mickey D's in Canada have poutine. It's only available in Quebec. I haven't been to McDonald's in while, but back in 2000, during the Olympics, they were serving curly fries which were breaded and had spices in them. Really tastey
