I am so dumb, i re read what you put--- They call up everyone they met in classes and the guys they liked from the semester before. They also post a rush calender with events in the halls and have things like a tail gate that is casual and just hanging out time. One frat on campus puts out a stand in the brick yard and have the brothers sit there all day and talk to people that come up...
Sad thing is that they are really expensive to pull off. They also cheat and have a keg party and a stripper.
